Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation less than 24hrs prior to arrival = 100% of accommodation
  • Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival = 75% of accommodation
  • Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival = 50% of accommodation
  • Cancellation less than 28 days prior to arrival = 25% of accommodation
  • All cancellations are only accepted if received in writing.
  • Refunds, if agreed, are subject to a 10% administration fee.

How to pay an online room reservation ?

When booking an apartment you will receive an email from our reservationist which will include our banking details as well as your reservation number. Please use the reservation number and your surname as reference and email us the proof of payment to reservations@infinityapartments.co.za

How to became a VIP customer in our resort ?

Become a loyalty guest when you have stayed with us twice. As a loyalty/vip guest you are required to do a direct booking and will receive a 10% or more discount or a free upgrade depending on the apartment you reserve or the amount of times stayed with us. The more you stay with us, the more discount you get!

Which currency do we accept in our structure ?

How can I give my clothes for speed laundry service ?

We outsource our laundry as well as guest laundry. Please make sure to hand in your laundry with the completed form at our reception desk before 8am to make sure you get it back by 6pm the same day.
